COSLAB SPA Policies

Facilities: Coslab Suntec Spa offers eight luxurious treatment rooms, three comfortable body rooms with one being a couple room and five beauty rooms. With two state of the art whirl pools and two steam rooms. Complimentary beverages are served to every Coslab Spa guest.

Location: At Temasek Boulevard Suntec City Tower Two, #01-181,182 & 183. Singapore 038983, directly opposite Starbuck Cafe.

Hours of Operation: 7 days a week, Mon to Fri from 10.30am to 9.30pm, Sat and Sun from 10.30am to 7pm.

Prices and Gratuities: All Spa and Beauty treatments are subject to change. Gratuities are extra and are not included in the treatment price. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Personal Amenities: All personal grooming amenities including hair dryers curling irons, shampoo, soap, soft towels are provided free of charge for your convenience, along with showers, dressing rooms and lockers. $50 charge for non-returned locker keys.

Cancellation Policy:

We at Coslab Spa respect your valuable time by doing our very best to make sure that all of your services begin on schedule. In order to do this, each service is booked in advance with the appropriate therapist. We do not double - book. We understand that unexpected things do happen, however, our therapists are paid on a commission basis. We ask that you respect their time as much as we respect yours, and that you take the responsibility for the appointments you make.

If you must cancel, please phone the spa at least one business day (24 hours) prior to your appointment for services. We will be happy to cancel and/or re schedule your appointment. You may call during business hours or you may leave a message after hours. We will return your call as soon as possible. If you wait until the day of your appointment to phone the spa to cancel your reservation or you do not phone to cancel and do not show up for your appointment, we reserve the right to charge you 100% of the cost of your booked services. When you make appointment with us, we may ask for your package card number or applicable gift card number to secure your appointment. These will only be used in the event that a late cancellation or no-show charge is warranted.

SPA Etiquette

We ask that you always allow enough time for your experience and arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment so we can record your current spa needs and details, offer you complimentary consultation, refreshment and the opportunity to relax.

Please note that as a courtesy to our clients a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to, late appointment may not be honored. Treatment begun late will finish at the appointed time, so other guests are not inconvenienced.

In every treatment room you will find a wardrobe for your personal effects. Please take care of your valuables, as we cannot take liability for your loss.

A robe, towels slippers will be provided for you as required. Your therapist will complete the consultation process with you to ensure that your visit to Coslab Spa is personally tailored to your requirements. Throughout treatments, the body will be modestly covered at all times. Disposable underwear is available upon request.

At the end of your treatment you will have time to change and prepare yourself to rejoin the world, totally relaxed and peace with your inner and outer being.

Please note that mobile phones must be switched off at all times within the Spa.

The minimum age for treatments is 16. We regrettably cannot accommodate babies and children in the treatment rooms or the holding area.

Refund Policy

1. Customer WILL BE entitled for PARTIAL CASH REFUND within 30 days (cooling off period) of the product purchase and within 3 days (cooling off period) of the service package signed up with no question asked with the following criteria:

  • 5% of the total deal value as administrative charges or $10, whichever is higher
  • Product have not been used, and in the original conditions
  • Services packages genuinely not suitable and causes irritation (to be verified by Coslab in-house Doctors)

2. After the cooling off period, customer WILL NOT BE entitled CASH REFUND. The refund value will be used to exchange for other products and services based on dollar value.

3. No refund for products and services purchased will be entertained if on basis of price comparisons.

4. Refund conditions for product that has been USED AND NOT SUITABLE for re-packaging such as Cleansing Mousse, Transformation Serum, Phyto A etc…. will be based on a case-to-case basis. Only the following personnel can approve the refund procession for such cases;

  • Company doctors
  • Skin consultants
  • Head of Department

They will verify the conditions of the customer and endorsed that the conditions are genuine and due to product or ingredient allergy and sensitivity.
